My daughter is a patient here and she really likes coming here, she is very comfortable with the staff. I like the flexibility not only with payments but with scheduling, they have more than a few offices so I don't mind traveling if they accommodate our schedule especially while school is in, and the best thing is the quality of care and customer service is amazing and the same at each office. This team really does care for my daughter's care, they have helped with her care so much especially when she was trying to get a referral with an oral surgeon, they went above and beyond. Great place to get your teeth lined up! For was born with straight teeth on top and cramped teeth on the bottom. Never thought about getting the bottom teeth fixed, BUT now that I have… game changer. I have a ton more room in my lower mouth and no longer bite my tongue when I eat! Great experience.

They got us in the same day, provided exceptional service, and even contacted our orthodontist in Kansas to get a history and notes on my son's treatment plan. Oh My GOSH. I’m switching from invisalign to braces and I came today to get my scans done and get my glue off. Leah, the orthodontist taking my glue off was like an older version of me. She was so funny and we couldn’t go 5 seconds without laughing. She made the whole orthodontist experience so much better. Everyone there is so sweet and it’s very evident that they care about you and I totally recommend going!

Drs Martin and Alexander’s office is awesome! Dr Alexander and his Rocklin office staff are great people! This orthodontist is so clean, friendly and transparent about the process. I Tried starting Invisalign months ago with a different orthodontist, but when I switched to Alexander & Martin, they got me in quick, got the process started and I’m well on my way to straighter teeth. I had Andy in the Rocklin office and he was friendly, fun and professional!

Their COVID protocol is excellent! Park one of three designated check in spaces and text the number to let them know you’ve arrived. Then a health survey link is texted to you to fill out (fever, travel, etc). Shortly after, staff comes out to scan for temp and then the patient is escorted in. I’m a mom with a younger kid and we didn’t even need to worry about leaving the car. When my older got back, I was given the update from staff. Quick, easy, efficient and safe.

If you are looking for a wonderful Orthodontist's Office for yourself or your children with the most professional & kindest staff, in the midst of a Pandemic, you have found it. They continue to show year after year that their primary purpose is to help their patients & also be very conservative with their patients hard earned money. They have always followed the highest hygiene standards..so implementing all these new standards per the CDC is not new to them. If you want to be in a lovely, immaculate, kind environment and feel safe during these new times with Covid-19, look no further. You have arrived. Oh and I got to interact with Andy today. 3rd child through braces here. Very pleased. They have all gotten them off earlier than their original estimate. This office over delivers on their service and experience. They always run on time and my kids have like not only the doctor but also all the assistants.

Everyone who works here is super pleasant to talk to and makes you feel welcome every visit. Definitely great customer service! Not to mention my Invisalign treatment under Dr. Martin was both simple and successful. I had no issues with treatment at all. Would certainly recommend this office.

The staff and doctors and nothing short of amazing! Everybody is so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Both of my boys ages 8 and 10 have overbites that are being addressed and see doctor Martin. The Roseville and Rocklin offices are beautifully done and clean. Every penny spent on their smiles is so worth it and I would highly recommend them!

One can always expect excellent and friendly service at Alexander and Martin, not only from the Drs. but from all staff at all three locations. They go above and beyond-especially Gracie. I had a death in my family and had to cancel my appointment, and mentioned the reason. Within a few days I received a handwritten card from Gracie. I was so touched by this kind gesture. Gracie is but one example of the great customer care from all at Alexander and Martin.
