Great place to get your teeth lined up! For was born with straight teeth on top and cramped teeth on the bottom. Never thought about getting the bottom teeth fixed, BUT now that I have… game changer. I have a ton more room in my lower mouth and no longer bite my tongue when I eat! Great experience.

And their post sales treatment has been spectacular as well! Couldn't be happier.

Was my first time in today and Andy helped me at the office. He was absolutely AMAZING. Made me feel comfortable and at home right away. He was honest about what I could do and needed which I greatly appreciated and you could tell he had a lot of knowledge in this area. He has a great sense of humor and was also very professional at the same time.

We are visiting Roseville for the summer, and my son’s bracket came loose, and his spring popped off. We called them in the morning to see if they could help us. They got us in the same day, provided exceptional service, and even contacted our orthodontist in Kansas to get a history and notes on my son's treatment plan. I can’t praise them enough for their customer service and care for my son.

Oh My GOSH. I’m switching from invisalign to braces and I came today to get my scans done and get my glue off. Leah, the orthodontist taking my glue off was like an older version of me. She was so funny and we couldn’t go 5 seconds without laughing. She made the whole orthodontist experience so much better. Everyone there is so sweet and it’s very evident that they care about you and I totally recommend going!

This was, by FAR, not just my best orthodontic experience but maybe my best medical experience. EVER! My teeth have always been straight but my bite opened back up again so I needed braces again. From day one, Dr. Martin and his staff took such amazing care to answer all my questions, explain everything I could expect along the way and keep me upbeat when I ended up in active treatment longer than expected due to COVID. I Tried starting Invisalign months ago with a different orthodontist, but when I switched to Alexander & Martin, they got me in quick, got the process started and I’m well on my way to straighter teeth. Their COVID protocol is excellent! Park one of three designated check in spaces and text the number to let them know you’ve arrived. Then a health survey link is texted to you to fill out (fever, travel, etc). Shortly after, staff comes out to scan for temp and then the patient is escorted in. I’m a mom with a younger kid and we didn’t even need to worry about leaving the car. When my older got back, I was given the update from staff. Quick, easy, efficient and safe.

They truly have your best interest at heart and are always 100% honest with you. The environment is always clean, and they have great music playing along with movies for children. One can always expect excellent and friendly service at Alexander and Martin, not only from the Drs. but from all staff at all three locations. They go above and beyond-especially Gracie. I had a death in my family and had to cancel my appointment, and mentioned the reason. Within a few days I received a handwritten card from Gracie. I was so touched by this kind gesture. Gracie is but one example of the great customer care from all at Alexander and Martin.

I'm so happy we chose Drs. Alexander & Martin Orthodontists for my son's braces. During my son's course of treatment, he required several emergency appointments, but with having several office locations it never became a problem. Their staff and both orthodontists are remarkable and my kids and I truly enjoyed every appointment..as well as their fresh baked cookies. My daughter's now begging for braces!! Lol. What I do know and find great comfort in, is when my daughter's time comes, I know she'll be in great hands as she'll be seen by them as well. My son's smile looks so amazingly beautiful thanks to them. Thank you Drs. Alexander & Martin!! You're the Best!

Getting Invisalign here and it has been a great experience! Very knowledgeable, knew just what to do for my bite and listened to all of my concerns and questions! The staff is also very friendly, the office is clean, and they have always have fresh cookies to eat! So glad I happened upon this office would recommend to everyone and be back for future needs!
