Dr. Alexander is a firm believer in putting patients first. The essence of his practice is based on hearty advice his father gave him, who was a dentist himself for 40 years! He said, “Don’t make patients out of your friends; make friends out of your patients.” That statement has shaped Dr. Alexander’s practice and he deals with each case with the utmost sincerity, keeping things fun and clear so every patient feels at home.

As your go-to neighborhood orthodontist, it is Dr. Alexander’s responsibility to stay updated because you deserve nothing less. Being a certified Invisalign provider for more than 10 years now, Dr. Alexander has taken up Invisalign as his focus of continuing education. He has spent hundreds of hours in courses all over the country.
Dr. Brandon D. Martin

Dr. Martin inherited his love for oral healthcare from his father who was the town dentist in a small farming town in northern Montana. As a young boy of only 11 years of age, Dr. Martin used to make orthodontic appliances in his dad’s office. This passion from a younger age led Dr. Martin to become an orthodontist you can trust and rely on.
He loves working with younger patients as it fills his heart with joy and reminds him why he chose this satisfying profession. In addition to being a dedicated orthodontist, Dr. Martin is also very passionate about continuing his education. When not at the office, he can be found at continuing education courses, fine-tuning his skills in Early Interceptive Phase I braces, Invisalign®, or complex adult cases involving multiple specialties.

As an orthodontist, Dr. Quach has the unique opportunity to improve a person’s life and self-esteem by creating a healthy and beautiful smile. She considers it a privilege to see a patient’s joy and confidence grow as they achieve their new smiles, as it once did for her when she was a teenager. Dr. Quach also understands that teeth are ultimately connected to people. As such, Dr. Quach strives to provide quality and personalized orthodontic care for every patient in a transparent and comfortable environment. Her goal is all about giving people a reason to smile, one that lasts a lifetime.
Learning is a lifelong process and Dr. Quach believes one can never have too much knowledge. As a clinician and professional, it is important to keep abreast of new techniques, technological advances, and evidence-based literature in orthodontics and Dr. Quach does so by attending continuing education courses throughout the year. This allows her to treat patients with predictable, stable, and aesthetically pleasing results.
Dr. Quach has experienced dentistry and orthodontics all over the United States. After training on both the east and west coasts and practicing in the Midwest, she is ready to bring that experience back home to (the greater Sacramento Area) to provide the best care to her patients.
